Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I get my order?
Our products take between 2 and 5 business days to manufacture a product and process an order. The shipping time depends on your region, you can see the estimated delivery date below the description of the product you want to purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Refunds & Free products
If your order tracking doesn't update for more than 15 business days, or the package has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, we consider the package lost. We'll give you a full refund or send you a new one immediately. If the original package arrives later, keep it! It's on us for the inconvenience.
